Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • All original tags and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note on Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lubricants (from Cleaning & Care category)
  • Opened Tools & Maintenance products
  • Customized or special order bikes

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Return Request Template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
