How assembled are the bikes when they arrive?
All our bikes are shipped 90% assembled. You’ll need to complete minor final assembly which we make easy with included guides. For complex models like full-suspension e-mountain bikes, we recommend checking our online assembly videos.

Can I test ride before purchasing?
